Felter’s Fling 2007 Registration Form

Please review all information concerning the conference on this website or in the brochure before completing this form. You may print this page from your browser, or, for a "prettier" form, try downloading and printing the PDF version (registration form and special interest form in one file). Print the form, then indicate a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice for classes in each Session, but do not list a choice you will not accept if your other choices are full. Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You may fax the form to 518-797-5217 or mail it to Black Sheep Designs, PO Box 56, Rensselaerville, NY 12147 no earlier than December 1. If you wish to hold your spot at the earliest possible time, you may email us here no earlier than December 1 and indicate your choices for each session. Include your name and address and then follow-up immediately with the faxed or mailed registration forms. If your deposit is not received within one week of the email we may not be able to hold your place. 

Please use one form per registrant. We encourage you to participate in the entire week, however if space remains after March 1, you may register for a single session for a cost of $375. Be sure to include the Special Interest Form as well.

NOTE: A materials fee for each class is de on the first day of the class

If staying at Snow Farm, meals during the conference are included, beginning with dinner on 8/25 and ending with breakfast on 9/2. However, if staying off-site, you may add any meals you choose. Indicate extra meals below.
